Questions from shop owners

Listing is free. A small commission applies only when an order is successfully completed, so you never pay to be visible. Full fee details are shown in-app during registration.

Payouts run on a fixed weekly schedule and are calculated from completed, non-refunded orders. You can track every payout and its breakdown from your shop dashboard in the app.

If a customer raises an issue, you'll be notified in-app and can approve or dispute the refund. Approved refunds are deducted automatically from your next payout — no manual invoices.

No. Desi Drop arranges the delivery for every order, so you only need to prepare and hand over the items. That means no riders, routes or insurance for you to manage.
